I recently read in an issue of Guitar World that one Mr. John Frusciante hears voices in his head and bears witness to spectral phenomena. Any thoughts?
he was probably just f-ing with them.

Maybe. Flea was backing him up, though.

He wassn't fucking with them. Pretty much every interview i've ever heard with him he talks about it, and i've heard a lot. It's also the inspiration for a lot of his solo songs.

John Frusciante is incredible on this album. Stadium Arcadium would most likely be total shit were it not for the stuff he did here.

Without a doubt. How about that solo in "Readymade"?
Ha. "Clean it up, Johnny".

"Turn it Again" has a neat solo too, great layering. "Tell Me Baby" is going to be the second single!

id have to say the best songs on here are, in order imo
1)Hey (not Snow: Hey yo, although its good)
I like this the best because of the rediculouslly good guitar and its fills, bull's eye vocals, perfect drum beat and minimalistic yet smooth bass line that sounds like guitar at times. overall one of the best sounding and most coheasive songs
2)Turn It Again
Awsome funk groove, chorus is the catchiest thing on the album and the bridge is not overdone like many other ones because its only about 7 seconds long compared to other 30 seconders. and of coarse the solo at the end going on for about 2 minutes. this will probably be played live and will be a great highlight this tour.
3)Charlie
Once again a great funk groove going and great feel but the big thing here is the transition to blatant funk to melodic and complex rock. Johns guitar solo is great here and so is Flea's bass and Anthonys vocals are right on again
4)Wet Sand
Great mellow beat and alot better than descecration smile even because it has the same feel but does it properly without anthony sounding like a girl. this song kinda drags around the middle but it has a rediculouslly good ending with a great solo and piano backround sound.
5)Slow Cheetah
Perfect mellowness in this song but a little to quiet in parts making it not as good as others imo. near the end sounds like it drops out but comes right back for a great mellow groove.
