So stoked for the new record. Read through this thread of comments and decided to make an account. I know I'm super late but I totally want to throw my opinion out there. Personally loved this album. I always find the ending of Thread stuck in my head, awesome song. Burn has brought me to tears several times if I'm being honest, such an epic track. Stillborn was meh. Resonate is a great song, love how melodic the chorus is, the breakdown always slaps for me. (I know, breakdowns are generic, whatever.) Stranger is great, intro is killer even though I will agree it's kind of generic. Tragedy is probably their most melodic track to date imo, and its the perfect successor to Burn. Choke is fun, pissed and short just like Slave (TDBHAH) which is one of my favorites by them as well. Solace is one that I've never been too fond of, I need to jam it a little more as I never paid too much attention to it. Withdrawal is another song that never stuck out to me, the ending is pretty cool though. Collapse always gives me chills, the lyrics are amazing (as all the lyrics on this album are imo.) Drown has to be my favorite overall. The ending breakdown is just raw emotion.

I know the songs are out of the track list order but I just tried to review as they popped into my head.

I just pre-ordered the new vinyl but I'm skeptical. Starting to sound a little too repetitious for my liking, but I could be wrong. Guess we'll find out soon enough.
