Now, none of the albums you named sound shitty (well... maybe ASAP), but they fall into the middle category.

I have, I haven't heard any of his other mixtapes before that though, but I'm not curious enough to seek them out.
I like Earl, or his attitude/style at least, but only select songs of his resonate with me, haven't liked either Earl, Doris, or I Don't Like Shit as a whole though.
