I've given up on this site. I'm so glad about all of the great music that I've discovered through

Sputnik, and yet this album baffles me. There is nothing enjoyable in this album, as it is just the

worst of hip-hop and rap tropes chewed up and spat out. And don't hate on SpectrumPulse, he made some

legitimate points in his video. And here you are just making fun of his face like a bunch of twelve-

year olds....

I'm not going to pretend like I know anything about rap or hip-hop, I'm certainly not an expert in

any field. I just find the production too bland to be dance worthy, the lyrics too shallow to be

worth anything, and the vocalist irritates me. Trap music is a genre of music I've never tried to

listen to, as it just doesn't appeal to a well-off college student in a upper-middle class

neighborhood like myself. I'll admit I only got irritated when people started bashing SpectrumPulse.

He's a good guy, and doesn't deserve people hating on him for trying to diversify the sort of music

he reviews. He deserves his opinion, just like everyone on this site.



So no, I'm not giving up on Sputnik, the opinion and controversy is just too engaging to leave

behind, and the debates in the comments are just too damn fun to read. But I've learned commenting,

reviewing, or trying to actually participate with this community just does not work for me. It's

probably just the fact that I have terrible taste in music, or am probably just missing some

unspoken rule about which bands are cool to like and which ones are lame. Yeah, the music I listen

to is pretty mainstream, cliched and earns me negative indie cred. And I'm okay with that. I'll just

slink back into the shadows of my cave and listen to Disney music now.....



And yes Shark Tooth, my tits are now as calmed as the babies I feed them with.
