I think what we have here, is a true phenom.

For such a long time, there weren't trully innovative approaches to punk rock... Until 1998. I have enough reasons to believe that this is one of the best things I ever heard. (trust me, i've heard a lot)

I didn't even knew this band existed two weeks ago. I just knew about this because this album was in 13th place for best album of the 1998 year in a british music magazine (don't remember which was).

It's not strange if you give this album a two. It is a masterpiece and if you can't realise that, you're missing their point. notice the agressive sound and just listen to protest song '68! I love how this scratched cd effect blends in with the that hardcore drums and guitar.

This prooves that punk is just starting. I doubt we will have anything like this in the near future. It's amazing the way they made punk music, pushing asside every cliché and every trope. Not to mention the quality of the whole album.

Duude, I have nothing against no one except pop punk, corrupt politicians (pretty much every single one nowadays) and rapists.

I'm not 14 and I'm not full of crap. If you think you'll be respected by insulting me and saying shit about everyone just to emphasize how riddiculous you are because of the attitudes you take just to prove you're not a sheep and a fucking robot, you'll fail, because that's what happens- when you insult punk, punk insults you.

That is why I won't call you names simply because you did that to me.

Anyway, if someone said to me it was possible to mix house and punk rock, I probably would tell him to see the doctor, until I listened to this album. Let's be honest-since The Ramones, Black Flag, The Clash, Operation Ivy, Minor Threat we had no completely revolutionary albums inside this genre. The Shape Of Punk To Come is not overrated. But it's comprehensible that people don't think this is a landmark in the punk world, because we are not talking about a well known band by society. They only released 3 LP's, though three shots were enough to release something completely out of the box. And this has no sign of filler nor it seems like it has been rushed. So, credit must be given, sorry!

lol you're entitled to your opinion on the album but its your username and comments like this that make you sound like a douchey rebellious teenager that's recently progressed from listening to blink 182 and rancid to 'grown up' albums like this

That is why I won't call you names simply because you did that to me

You are a truly honorable foe, the most virtuous that I have faced. I bow my head in shame

what can I say- to hate Blink-182, Green Day and Sum41, you gotta listen and realise how much they suck. Didn't take too long for me.

But no matter how you put it, punk rock has always been part of my life:

Black Flag made me realize it was my war in 84

Propagandhi taught me how to clean everything in 94

Anti-Flag told me I had to die for my government in 96

When the cellphone rang The Clash warned me that it was London Calling in 79

I could go on, but I'm short on time. You're trying so hard just to prove I'm nothing but a child, a fake, an impostor, this is really absurd and a waste of time. So if you don't like me, I don't care, but you can't judge people for their username.
