""Sadly the riffs are the only thing good about this band lol."

you do realize this is death metal right"

So

Drumming, vocals, and tempo changes aren't important? fuck me then.

" Don't want to, I'd probably lose brain cells being in the mosh pit."

No, you'd lose your life, mr. StayAtHomeMetalhead.

youre missing the point of this band so why even bother, what these guys do is the definition of death metal, if youre trying to look like a dm elite then the Ulcerate threads are waiting

compared to the riffs, no

unless one of them is so overly terrible or amazing that it has to be acknowledged. otherwise its all about the riffs

The riffs are cool, sure, but they've had 13 albums of the same shit. Any other band is insulted for having similar style over 3 albums.

Cannibal Corpse = Same shit, different album.

I think this is their best, great atmosphere and technicality while still delivering on the brutality and catchiness. Will probably bump my rating after I have more time to digest it.

Kill was their best. No question.

Imo bloodthirst is their best but this and torture are pretty damn close

Bloodthirst is underrated and despite the nostalgia I have for Kill, since it was the first dm I heard back when I was thirteen like six years ago, I think Torture is slightly better and this is best.

I don't even remember what my first dm was. I haven't been into it that long. Might have been Dawn Of Possession or whitechapel's s/t (Only album by them that is actually dm, usually they're deathcore)
