Yeah it has. I'm pretty sure Zack Ohren still engineered it but it was mixed and mastered by the dude who did the last Cannibal Corpse album so yeah it's a lot better

a few tracks in and nothing on the new album is WOWing me so far like 'the night reveals' or 'levitation' did. it's just really well done tech death, which certainly isnt a bad thing

This one's gonna be a grower. Listened through on headphones and it's very well produced. HUGE leap over TPF, which was quite literally ruined by its production.
It all sounds very samey at the moment but after my second listen I was getting a good idea of what track I was on. Les Silences is also gorgeous. I was a tad disappointed at the start, but as the album finished it got better and better.
I'm glad they went with 12 tracks on this. Anything else would make it feel cut short. Huge fan of the direction they're going in...can't wait to see where they evolve past this.
