This actually has two good songs on it. I have no idea what the first one is since the stream doesn't tell you what song you're playing, but it's somewhere in the middle. The other good track is Planets. Both are pretty enjoyable. the rest is straight up trash though

honestly i thought self-titled was better than nightmare



as a cohesive album maybe not but brompton cocktail, lost, a little piece of heaven and gunslinger ranged from bearable to quite decent



whereas nightmare was void of those 3 or 4 really really really bad songs but with less standouts

Yeah Metallica had awesome drums, that's also Metallica. Black sabbath never really had insane drumming. Pantera wasn't all that insane drum wise either

as a whole I suppose it was definitley a more fleshed out, better effort, but I just didnt find it memorable in any way at all really



at the time i thought so far away was the saddest song ever etc. but it obviously didnt hold up to that thinking

I love avenged sevenfold, but in my opinion I don't think anything will beat waking the fallen. Unless the put out another scream record and make another metalcore album. They have improved a lot as a band, so I would be curious to see what they would sound like now. (As a metalcore band)
