I mean Season 1 had a murder/suicide, Season 2 also had the villain die (Unalaq, though he was like spirit bended away lol). There's always been mature content. But this last episode got really visceral in a way no other fight in the entire series ever had been, and in that sense I agree that it's not a "kid's show" at all anymore

Recently caught up with all the episodes, shit's getting crazy! This season's been pretty amazing

Not only was that finale the most intense one the whole series had to offer. It hit hard in the feels department. Like damn, it gives other more adult shows a run for their money.

At least I'm glad it's somewhat gonna carry over to the next season in a way. There are still some things that need to be answered.

Agreed Mongi that was the most intense episode of the series yet. What happened with Korra at the end was pretty insane, and that very last shot was heartbreaking. I can't wait to see what'll happen next season, and if there was ever a doubt in my mind that it wasn't a kids show everything about that episode definitely convinced me. Like when that lady melted her own head or whatever that was lol

I'm kind of happy and kind of disappointed that Zahir didn't get the axe.
