The more I listen to this the more I realize how sad it is that this wasn't their true first album. Becoming more and more my favorite each day, it sucks that not too many people know about it/have heard it (like me up until a short while ago). Altars and Blessed are about tied for me, then Covenant.

Will do, haven't listened to Formulas in a very long time. I fucking love Gateways, though. Probably the only person I know who prefers Gateways to Domination. Gateways it's right under Covenant for me.

Yup, just had 6 of my friends over who are vaguely into metal and smoked nonstop bong packings through this album, definitely got them hooked-a lot of "This is the most evil fucking thing ever!" and similar comments, made me happy
