I used to think so too. Now, I think it’s actually their 4th best of the entire discog. But top 5 Dino is decently competitive for me.

I prefer this production to that on YLOM. And the inclusion of Freak Scene, their biggest "hit", also beneficts the whole album, making it more acessible to people who dont appreciate distorted and loud guitars.
