I don't hate the first track at all. It fits very well. Any advice on next jam after those records? Really like what I've heard so far.

Dunno if I prefer this, Akuma or Pink. Each are beyond spectacular.

Space you've gotta check their first 2 albums. After that, I have no idea. A lot of people like Dronevil but I haven't heard it.

Will do that for sure. I am actually in the 15' of Dronevil right now and it's just starting to warm up. Quite nice so far though.

This album is incomplete without the first part. It's relaxing and then gets pretty "heavy" in a sense. That's where the "flood" washes in.

Agreed. First part is excellent at building a mild tension. It creates anticipation without giving away the destination.

When Boris plays Flood live they tend to omit the first part entirely. Makes sense in a live setting, though.

I can understand live why you would at least shorten it but I think cutting it entirely does the piece a disservice.

Might 5 this. Can't put it down.

Goddamn, Part 4 is so otherworldly. Feels like you've finally entered a world of peace and zen after a devastating battle against evil in Part 3. This album hits too hard.

Heavily agreed. I'm super excited for Pink vinyl reissue but I need this, Feedbacker, and Akuma No Uta on those beautiful 12-inch discs.

Amplier Worship is damn good. I found it on vinyl a long time ago at Newbury Comics. Not sure if it's still easy to find.

Honestly this album kinda bores the crap out of me. I even love the dronier side of Boris, but I don't find the textures or the riffs or anything really to be that compelling on this. Just can't get into it.

Give it time. It's very different from other Boris, but it's ultimately their best album.
