I was disappointed they didn't play creature lives live when I saw them. They played the whole album except for that one song. I thought it would've been an awesome song to sing along to.

Setlist sucked the giant dick, but they showed a lot more energy than I expected them too. Except for Brent, the immovable object that just thinks words into the microphone. Troy was all over the place and actually made conscious efforts to amp up the crowd.

No idea. Dude loves to complicate himself with medical problems though so I wouldn't be surprised. On another note his vocals were top fucking notch but I couldn't really distinguish his guitar leads worth shit. Mastodon were way too loud in that regard
