I only got into this band a few months ago. I was lucky enough to see them play this front to back in DC. If I feel crushed by this news, I can't imagine how long time fans of this band are doing right now. Head Rolls Off has always been a standout to me, but in the wake of this news it feels even more vital.

Just listened to Scott on Pete Holmes' podcast from 2014. Real intimate conversation, gets particularly tough to listen to towards the end in retrospect. I never got too into the rest of the FR discog, but I was really into this record circa '09/10, especially 'Poke', 'Modern Leper' and 'Old Fashioned'. I revisited it a few months ago it and it was even better than I remember. Powerful album.
