Oh I'm not knocking Arche's but compared to DSS' it's a definate step back. As for Uroboros' SE you can find it on eBay for £100 easily, however this link may intrest you. On first listen, I found the first 6 or so tracks a bit hit-or-miss, but Diabolos through to the end = ridiculously good. I reckon the vocals take a bit of adjusting to.

That's pretty good for a first listen. I really didn't like it the first time. Took at least 2 days of solid spinning just to get my head around it. lol

Even though I dug MOST of it, I can believe that :L It's certainly an ambitious album.

Last track makes my jaw drop everytime at 2:55, the whole album builds up to that moment and that brief pause just makes me scream "HOLY SHIT!". So much tension in that closer. Also Aaron you don't like Beelzebub? :o As Dr said, this is by far their most inaccessible, didn't like this for years.

My reaction was very similar xD And no, not as such. I think after another 5 or so listens it might start to click, but for the time being I just couldn't get into it.

Uroboros Remaster still owns hard though, that can't be denyed but I wish it wasn't expanded. Hydra I don't like the first chorus onwards and don't like Bugaboo Respira. Plus a few nit picks, but still a 4.5 and 4/5th fav Diru.
