Did anyone else watch the performance on The Colbert Report? The funniest thing happened. At about 2min in, the camera cuts to the sax player for a solo, but try as he might, the player could not get it to work. He's just blowing as hard as he can and just getting squeaks. Hinnom, TX is disappointing because it sounds as if it's going to unfold into something big and never does.
Wash. is my new favorite and this album just keeps growing from a first big disappointment.

Upon first listen, this is pretty solid, but I doubt that I'll end up liking it as much as For Emma. Last song is pretty out of place, imo. Obviously, though, I'll need to give this a few more listens to settle on a definite opinion.
