definitely, Gorguts, Atheist, Death and Cynic are all considered tech death im pretty sure.
as for modern ones... well Nile's pretty good, but not everyone will agree with that

idk what do you mean when you say tech death? like the faceless and obscura? or gorguts, ulcerate and immolation? the latter three are pretty universally praised i think
