But its deadmau5 doing what he does, and the title makes me happy. Thank ya.

As long as he goes back to producing some more minimalist tunes again on his next record...
But there are some gems on this

Also I am literally bothered every time I hear it by how ridiculous the Dubstep section of raise your weapon is. It sounds like some amateur who just picked up a pirated version of FL Studio after he heard Swagga for the first time. It's pretty surprising that the same person who made the first half of that track had anything to do with the second half. And it goes on for so long.

It's obvious that he's just tried to capitalize on the huge success that dubstep has become but hasn't spent a great deal of time playing around with it

i remember him saying in one of his stickam sessions that he would never produce dubstep because it sucks and he
hates it so much
funny because he was so right

By the way, it was fucking nuts. Excision was awesome too (he played the zomboy remix of bass cannon
which is probably my favorite brostep track), and Zedd was a good time. Tommy Lee and DJ Aero
though... pretty bad. The biggest mistake was making the order Zedd, Excision, Tommy and Aero,
Deadmau5. Tommy and Aero totally killed the mood the first 2 set up. But other than that it was
flawless. Deadmau5 played a lot of his older shit and didn't stick to solely dubstep and electo-house
which I was mostly expecting (with the exception of a couple of his popular progressive tracks). But
it was really nice to hear some more progressive and minimal stuff. WTF (To Play Us Out) was fucking
awesome as was pretty much everything else.

Zedd's been playing Mike Candys and Jack Holdays version of "One More Time" which was insanely fun.

Really don't know what you lot see in Zedd (and Zomboy for that matter)

Don't get me wrong, they're both pretty generic within their genre. But also just senseless fun. Zomboy's EP was alright, it's really just that remix that I love.
Zedd doesn't really have many tracks to his name, but it's kind of the same story with Dovregubben by him. It's hard for me to dislike a LoZ track, though that one doesn't really seem like it accomplishes much. And his Save the World remix was alright, but I really dislike the original. It's all good music for that setting though where everyone's looking to get their dance on.
