It's interesting to me how many people dis on this album particularly stating how the production is terrible. I think this is a common mistake since the supposed "bad production" sound most people think they are hearing is instead the guitar tone techniques Trey purposefully utilized by filtering the guitar sound through box fans and other various devices. This gives the album the sound of being in the center of a cyclone which I personally love and think it's extremely innovative of Trey yet again. The funny thing about that is how it made it an even harder job for the producer to isolate the sounds of each instrument so that they come through equally which I think "Punchy" did expertly because even with that monstrous guitar sound I can not only hear Sandavol's drumming perfectly but I think his drums finally came through clearly on an MA album so we can finally hear and appreciate his God given talent. Well done I say!
