juggernauts & the jester are the only songs on here i care about, could do without the others. nothing really bad on here though, especially since its production doesnt suck utter monkeyballs like on their debut.

still, this sound is not something i feel drawn to return to, it still feels very disjointed and undercooked.

Madness how so many fans see this as their best album. Boldest album? Sure. But it sure is rough around the edges. That being said, this was the album that made teenage me fall in love with this band. Remember my MySpace page name being Chris "Zzzonked" for a while lol. Good times.

Production is ass on this.

Production is bad but this album is criminally underrated/overlooked. It's so good.

Maybe my rose tinted glasses are broke (I did used to love this album). But I'd rather listen to any of their other albums (even The Spark, at a push) over this.

That said, these songs really come to life in a live setting. Zzzonked is always a monumental moment at a Shikari show!

Same. Used to be really meh on it until a few years ago. Plus The Jester is bonkers to hear live.

Solidarity, Wall, Antwerpen, Hectic, and especially Fanfare for the Conscious Man are top-tier Enter Shikari tracks.

I dunno man, I've never sat there and thought "I really fancy listening to Wall or Antwerpen". If anything I usually skip them and I'm a huge Shikari fan lol. This album doesn't do a lot for me compared to the rest of their discog.

I love the chorus for Wall! Always been a favorite of mine. I like listening to The Jester but damn if the production was better to give it the huge punch it deserves when all the instruments kick in at the end I bet it'd be a fan favorite.
