@guitarted_chuck common with sputnikmusic-nerds maybe. RhCP used to be one of the biggest rock acts around.

Frusciante shines quite a lot im his solo stuff as I feel he gets to shine quite a lot as a musician nit just a guitarist. The Empyrean for example is a solid 5

Frusciante's solo work is pretty hit-or-miss for me. But I have to say, "Smile From the Streets You Hold" is a pretty good anti-drug for me. Listening to that album makes me never want to touch drugs, listening to how messed up he was.

I'll take Frusciante's solo albums over his work with the band. ...even tho his electronic stuff is weird

I am one of his biggest fans but I'll be honest and say I don't like his electronic stuff. I don't begrudge him for doing something different though

This record is full of killer jams. Coffee Shop, Title Track, Trascending, One Big Mob, Walkabout, etc. I know a lot of people hate One Big Mob, but idk it's a fun dark, drug-addled track tbh
