After a recent listen of this album, I’ve come to realize that it fits almost perfectly into a “trilogy” with Nightbringers and Verminous.



In my opinion it would have been better reviewed had it not directly followed Nocturnal, which Ritual and Everblack have so much more in common with thematically/atmospherically.

Yeah this feels a bit underrated, whereas i find Ritual and Everblack to be overrated.
