Tbh, it's not Dave's vocals that annoy me, it's his lyrics. He always seems to have some cringe inducing lyrics.

this album's awesome i personaly needed a lot of listens to realy like it because dave told everybody like twice per week that is going to be the record of his career and the best thing since rust, but after some listens i REALLY enjoy it, this album has everything in, melodic song, to trashy + soloing songs and calm song. but i recognized a lot of older megadeth riffs in this album this is my minus but i really dont mind because he made it sound great and different enough! another thing i disliked, dave seems to have the same voice over and over in every songs exept some songs. i would have liked to get his vocal style from last album united abomination where he had a versatility but overall it kick butts! i really like this album

I cant help that it's a fact that new thrash is actually more good than the old guard nowadays. The lead singer of BFMV is like a Thrash pez dispenser that shoots out great riffs

This album is on par quality-wise as RIP, but from a straight thrash point of view RIP edges it out by a tiiiny bit, might just be the Marty that pushed it over. Beats the hell out of the past 10 years of Metallica by a longshot though.

This grew of me a lot since my first listen. I still say Rust in Piece is a good deal better but this is definitely my second favorite i've heard from megadeth. (But the only other one i've heard is Peace Sells)
