I went through a phase where I HATED Def Leppard and especially this album. I pulled my old cassette of this out the other day and popped it in and was taken aback by it. I still hit the skip button when ever Pour Some Sugar On Me comes on cause the lyrics grind at my gears a bit and I have heard the stupid song every year at homecoming so I have grown to despise of it. Overall though, that is the only real misstep on here that I can think of. My favorite song on here by far is Gods Of War, which I never forgot the opening riff for even when I hated def lep. Overall, I would say that your review is really accurate DaveyBoy, and that is coming from a man who listens to bands like Death and Iron Maiden. haha..This album grew on me though, the same thing with Adrenalize which is why I like them so much. Gotta have an open mind with this album is the only thing I would say about it.

a few decent pop metal songs but overall it's pretty annoying - their first 2 were much better before
drummer lost his arm and started using those horrible electronic drum pads
