'Crank That' somehow made Soulja Boy a household name in many parts of the world, so DeAndre Way swiftly returns & pretty much delivers more of the same on 'iSouljaBoyTellem'. More simple beats, silly lyrics & repetitive 3rd person quoting grunts exist here, although the 18 year old's knack for an earworm hook has improved. Bringing in various producers & bigger name guest vocalists means this doesn't sink to the lows of its predecessor & shows occasional glimpses of genuine promise, but at a ridiculously monotonous 60 minutes in length this is ultimately disposable juvenile nonsense. Recommended Tracks: Yamaha Mama & Kiss Me Thru the Phone.
