It wouldn't be that way if Integral Birth didn't have the fade-out at the end. The transition into The Unknown Guest is easily one of my favorite parts of the album. This Message Edited On 12.14.08

Probably the smoothest thing I've ever heard.

adams murmur is the weakest track on the album

You think so?

I don't know, I love the heavy parts, so engaging. And the slightly odd-time sigs are fun.

I'd attempt to rank the tracks, but I just can't. Everything is so good, I can't really say if I clearly and decidedly like one track more or less than another.

Come on dudes

Intro track is just that, it's a whirl of sounds creating a summation of the images and emotions Cynic is going to give you throughout the rest of the album. The riff in the last 40 or so seconds is amazing!

It's not bad, it's just not as memorable as all the other tracks on the album.

The only track I feel is weaker is Nunc Stans. It's not bad, but it pails in comparison to the greatness of the rest of the album.

Yeah, it's obvious I love this album way too much and feel the need to defend it even when no one is attacking anything lol.

Nunc Stans is becoming my favorite song. So beautiful, lyrics are the best on the album.

I haven't read any of the lyrics off this.If they're as magically good as the music then I'm probably going to up my rating.

You don't have to take my word for it, and I'm sure you're definition of what good lyrics are is different than mine but...

Yeah dude. Some of the best in the genre.

And by genre, I mean metal. This Message Edited On 12.15.08

No...the lyrics on this album are nowhere near as good as on Kezia. The lyrics on here are pretty ordinary to be honest.
