This band's technicality is annoying.

Yeah, I went awhile without listening to these guys, but they do have some good riffs and I can dig it.

This album is excellent. In terms of production, it's a lot better than Akeldama by a long shot. The drums in Akeldama were way too sharp, great album, but always numbs my fucking ears from that razor-sharp kick and snare. Best track is 'Coldly Calculated Design'.

akeldama might aswell of been a different band, they did have some traits of "planetary.." but most of it was just annoying and sort of generic.



i believe lyle has changed the faceless for the better, although michael keene still owns.
