Thanks. It's uber hard to pick a stand-out track. Well I guess thats what they call perfection.

The Leper Affinity is definitely the stand out track here.

Favorite Songs in order:

Bleak

The Drapery Falls

Dirge For November

Still Day Beneath The Sun

Harvest

The Leper Affinity

The Funeral Portrait

Blackwater Park

Patterns In The Ivy I/II

But honestly, any one of these could be considered the standout track on here. It's just so damn good.

I have to say that I didn't like Ghost Reveries as much as I thought I would. Still an amazing album though. This Message Edited On 05.23.07

I havent listened to this enough to have a list of my favorite songs yet, but I like The Leper Affinity the best. The two solos are awesome

I liked Bleak better at first, but Blackwater Park grew on me, and now I realize that it's the superior song

Why is it that we've had two morons do Blackwater Park sound-offs? I mean, I can understand giving Opeth lower than a 4 if you have a genuine reason, but both the people that have given lower than 4s that did soundoffs had nothing more to say than, "deth medal vox r poopy." Seriously, both people actually claim that it takes no talent to do death vocals. You have a right to an opinion, but don't do a soundoff if you already hate the whole genre. That's kind of unfair.

There certainly isn't. I wouldn't hesitate to say this is the best metal album ever.

I will get this one day, hopefully soon. Or maybe should I get Still Life?

hottiebassplayer, get this, then Still Life...and then Morningrise. Orchid and MAYH are both solid albums, but are only for huge fans of Opeth.
