Album owns face...definitely the surprise of 08...best metal album of 08 imo...i love every track on this album but i think black lodge should be the closer and the closer be second...all are still good but it woulda made the album that much better

I love this album, but im just confused as to why this has so many ratings when an album equally as good within the same genre has so little, that band being Be'lakor. Like is there jsut more publicity for this band or what?

Be'lakor actually have a decent amount of attention on this site though, especially for a (previously) unsigned band.

The only reason that I know this band and Be'lakor is because of your(Crimson's) reviews. Other than that, I don't think I would have heard of both.

I think its because of the summary and the comparison to Opeth. Both bands are excellent though.

Been really digging this again recently...it's so good i want to make love to it...every song ranges from great to wintacular...even my girlfriend digs a couple tracks (and she likes indie poop like Bright Eyes)...this very well mite be my favorite album of the year and that's especially a shocker because my two favorite bands released albums this year (TMV and PTH).
