I think this can be catchy too when it decides to be, i.e. "The Deepest Grey." And in the moments where it isn't, Oli's guitarwork more than makes up for it.

True, this has a lot more going for it from a musical standpoint, and I actually really liked a more harsh vox focused performance from Phil
Ideals just brings the constant ear candy tho. This has a lot more substance to it, but Ideals was impressive for taking this sound and making it more commercially viable, i.e., try to sound like an even more accessible and catchier version of Howard fronted Killswitch Engage, but then they took it too far after that and bad things happened
