"dollars and cents" is the subpar one though, kinda nominally similar but aint nothin goin on for me in that one

I'm more into their '90s guitar rock sound personally... never cared much for experimental, electronic Radiohead, I simply prefer them as an alt-rock band. I won't deny their talents or how much they seem to reinvent the wheel whenever they choose to release something, but, when it comes to artists that go in new directions with every new album and prove incalculably influential on both established and up and coming artists in their chosen styles, I'd much rather listen to Kanye West, personally.
