something about his singing irks me, Cynic had always gotten away with having philosophical and spiritual lyrics because they were buried and hard to hear under effects and screams... now that they are upfront and just pretentiously preachy
did a full listen and I really liked some of the places it went musically, but having to put up with my complaints throughout the whole thing was a drag
