It's a conservative 4 because I've only listened to it all the way through twice but I can see it growing to 4.5 territory (I hope).
Favourites so far are "I Sat By The Ocean" & "I Appear Missing" although it consistently delivers, just waiting for some of the other tracks to sink in properly.
