Yeah, he is considered to be a super impressive player but honestly, outside of a few songs on this album (mostly just Recreate lol) and his work on the latest All That Remains album (🫣), I’m not really a huge fan.

I remember I checked out some of his solo stuff and it was not good, despite being technically impressive.

I heard the All That Remains stuff was good, but they've never been to my taste.



I think that Follow the Signs + Two Worlds of Design are also standouts.

This is such a classic album, at the time i didn't realize how prescient it was for where metal was going sonically. Progressive djent basically started w this.
