Sex is so common and basic and easy to come by that literally anybody can get it. It's not an achievement in any sense of the word.

But to answer the questions:

No fresh food unless I can fish/hunt/grow my own stuff (I can't)
Anybody can. It's as easy as planting some shit and looking after it. And farming animals is easy too.

No beer after a while, I really like beer
I don't think I'd ever run out of beer, but considering I don't drink alcohol anyway, it would all go to waste.

If there's an issue with electricity/water supply who's going to sort it out? Things are going downhill quick now
Probably just move to an area where the power still works. Water supply will never be an issue.
