Got a boner, but what's the use?

5 songs in 44 minutes... Only Roger Waters and his massive ego could stretch this into an album.

Wish You Were here shows the band has no fresh ideas. Creative control is given to Waters who gives us Dark Side 2.0 that flows terribly and is disjointed throughout.

This is the most overrated album of 70s progressive rock and it's not even close to being the best.

Shine On has some good melodies, but nothing ground breaking and for the most part it's a snorefest. That stupid saxophone solo on the first piece absolutely ruins the track. The reprise is definitely the better piece.

This album is weak in so many spots. First we have Gilmour's sucky tone and his 'solos' that are just wankery. Then there is Rogers Waters the terrible vocalist and lyricist.

The insipid lyrics of the music business written by Waters who just loves to complain. Thanks to the music biz Pink Floyd members are set for 3 lifetimes.

This is the downward spiral of Pink Floyd. The Dark Side of the Moon was poor and this is even worse.

If you want to venture into the realms of progressive rock this is the worst place you could start.
