Mimsy, I love your spanish. I don't place accents neither cause I think sputnik doesn't recognize

them. This doesn't mean, however, that a lawsuit isn't on its way.

I know I've seen the cartoon from andcas' avatar before...

My first teacher was a missionary from Peru, so I started off learning more of the Peruvian dialect, but my second was straight from Mexico, so I got more border/slang. I can't speak it for shit now, but I can usually read it well enough to get by.

Este album esta solo un poco mas arriba del promedio y mientras mas pronto lo admitas, mejor.

I hear you, mimsy, my english is slowly going down the drain... grammar and spelling are getting progressively worse and sputnik is one of the last places where I can practice... so... yeah... it's the same with my german too.

I went through Spanish 4 at my high school, so I can read a fair amount of Spanish, but I can't speak it worth crap either.

spureckanzee doysh?

I want to go on a mission to central america at some point, and the top of my retirement list is Costa Rica. Spanish might be helpful.

Haha yeah my school was a private German-peruvian school, so doysh was a must, english was the second foreign language.

I'm going to the US on february so I will know exactly how screwed up my english actually is.
