All the fresh food i would need is easily farmable, and most other foods I need have extremely long shelf lives. It's really quite easy to sustain oneself with even just the basics. I'm still waiting for products like Soylent to be more widespread and easily available in-stores so I don't even need to eat at all and can instead live off of flavourless powders mixed with water

I mean, in theory one could survive for a very long time, I'm just not sure it'd be a particularly pleasurable experience. Forget the human interaction on an emotional or conversational level, pretend you think this is completely futile for a second, there's still issues I'd have...
No fresh food unless I can fish/hunt/grow my own stuff (I can't)
No beer after a while, I really like beer
No sex, this may just be par for the course for you idk
If there's an issue with electricity/water supply who's going to sort it out? Things are going downhill quick now
No new music, films, art etc. (ok, you may be able to live with this, plenty of stuff already)
No sport, perhaps minor/inconsequential for some, but I do enjoy sport
