Pretty sure you're the only person using the word "evil" here. Everyone else just said asshole, which is pretty fitting for someone who would cheat on their wife while leading the side chick to believe that he had separated from his wife. THEN he stayed quiet about the whole thing and when his fans started bullying the side chick online, Mark kept quiet rather than explaining that he was the one at fault, forcing her to explain the situation publicly to try to clear her name. THEEEEN he accused her of character assassination, despite admitting that he did in fact cheat on his wife with her. I think we can safely say that Mark is an asshole.

Yeah, someone posted screenshots from a private conversation with her permission and Mark made his statement literally the day after that. Mark fucked up, sure, but he didn't hang her out to dry either. Not sure where that narrative came up.

That post was made on a small fan page and later deleted, after which the bullying supposedly resumed, which is when she made a large statement in a more public way. Which he took issue with.
