Guess I lied about this one since I have it rated but as far as I can remember this sounds like daughters you won’t get what you want but 100 times worse.

Mother of the World, The Seer Returns, The Daughter Brings the Water, Song for a Warrior, Avatar, and A Piece of the Sky are tops. Best reunion album.

Time has nothing to do with my comment so fuck your void.

Your comment referenced this sounding like Daughters, when in reality Daughters sounds like the Seer because it came out first. So fuck your lack of common sense

Is it though? People watch 2+ hour movies all the time, why is a 2+ hour piece of music any more difficult? If anything it should be easier since music essentially uses one less sense than cinema.

It takes some kind of dedication to sit there and do nothing else but listen to a 2 hr album though.

When this came out my work commute was an hour and fifteen minutes and on top of that my girlfriend lived 45 minutes away, so it wasn't unusual for me to either mostly or completely knock this out in a round trip. Music and driving go hand-in-hand, but the only time I sit there in a chair and just listen to music is while I'm reviewing it or if it's a huge deal to me (i.e. one of my favorite bands).

A movie at least has the visuals to go along with the audio. And many of these songs are the same rhythm throughout with slight variations being added to it over a 10 minute period. Most movies have a bit more variety than that lol although I don’t watch many movies either

The intention is to be hypnotic. And it works.
