I need to listen to it a bit more, it's been a while since I spun it in full, it's the album that gives the strongest ever whiff of prog nonsense but I like it...not sure I love it. 'Schizoid' is legendary though.

I have 'Red' on a 4/5.

This is my first prog album. College days. Ford Orion, windows rolled up, mind melted. 5.

I rented this from the local library along with Bad Religion 'Recipe for Hate', 'Dark Side of the Moon' and a Suicidal Tendencies album aged about 15 - had to be inventive back in the day...copied them all onto cassette :D

Did you do that early 90s punk skater thing? Pennywise and what have you? Fucking useless.

I didn't go too deep, I realised most of it was shite. I liked Fugazi and Bad Religion mainly - I wasn't tempted to go vegan, straight edge or buy a skateboard.

My brother was into the skateboarding but he listened almost exclusively to hip hop, always playing Jurassic 5 and The Roots

Jurassic 5 debut is a belter.

Think I tried the skateboarding thing for about 5 mins and realised it was way too hard to faff about with.

Once my little brother liked it there was no way I was going to try it. I was also nowhere near as much into hip hop as him but I love this site where people claim I've listened to zip all hip hop...back in the 90's I couldn't help but listen to most of the albums that came out.

What is fucking impossible to get away from is back then like it or lump it if you were jamming Wu Tang and all that you had the CAT boots, jeans down your arse, puffa jacket and thought you were black.

Absolute bunch of nobbers.
