Mantra, is getting too much trash. I mean are their flaws to it? hell yes but its by far from the worst song of the year. It does have a catchy hook and honestly would be a lot more enjoyable if the production on it was better and that electronic voice saying "mantra" was just cut out.

Knew Misery was gonna be real good....didn't think it would be THIS good.

I think most of us can wait longer, like a lot longer. As if the record will never release.

Saw an interview with Oli that took place this summer at some point..think it was very late June or early July. My friend, Paraleeka the Ninth, was the one who sent me the video to my iPhone.

Oli was asked how he feels about the backlash BMTH has gotten for That's the Spirit, the direction they are headed, the departures from their old sounds, etc.

He responded "That's ok....I'm aware that for every 200,000 people that love our new music, about 2,000 won't like it. Good ratio to me and I can live with that"

I fucking love that man.

That's The Spirit went Gold in the US and when I saw them at the Liacouras Center it was sold out which is impressive considering it's a 10,000 seat arena. I don't think his ratios are off at all.

It's not looking good. I just watched an interview with Oli which pretty much confirms Amo will be an all-out departure from their old sound. The band were fretting on which song to release as a single so's not to alienate fans. Couple that with the way he was talking about maintaining relevance, and being able to continue playing music for a living, and you just know how it's going to go. lol



Still, it might turn out okay, we'll just have to see.
