Arent copypastas usually longer? Lol. But no I was being honest. Dude isn't really a good singer but he pulls off the whole personality over technical ability thing. Musically, I really enjoy them and while he can be often times whiny, grating, and completely off key it doesn't bother me like i feel like it would with other bands

People calling Chino a bad vocalist has always made me chuckle in the same way that people call Steph an average guitarist.
I don't give a shit about all the technicalities of notes and all that shit. Their styles mesh well to result in some of the most unique sounds in metal. Or whatever genre of music you want to classify them as.
'Ohms' is still a perfect representation of that. If not more so than anything post-WP.
There are more than several moments on this album that impress me more than anything on DE or KNY; Two albums I enjoy very much.

And also, Chino is a great vocalist with a really good range, but somewhat poor techincal ability, although that's often because he just has this very weird and unique delivery where's doing some weird-ass gymnastics with his voice.

I made the decision to hold off on listening to this until I got my official copy on Apple Music like a good boy. Glad I did. What a solid album...super accessible from a listener standpoint as well (and the mixing/production is fantastic). The guys sound hungry on this one, in a good way. I've only had the time to give this a few listens as there's been a ton of new music that's suddenly come out it seems that I've been busy listening to lately, but, I would say this is easily their best album in the last 10+ years. As with any great music time will tell if it holds up but right now I'm liking this a lot.
