Demon of the Fall is a better username than The Moor, Black Rose Immortal or Ghost of Perditon though. Oh wait that last one is pretty cool actually, time to trade the demon for a ghost?

Do you like any 'traditional' prog, or does this one just really irk you for some reason? Genuine question. I never actually listen to this, probably should lower my rating slightly as well (not that low mind).

I don't really dig the general campiness and feigned sophistication of 70s prog and this is a particularly brazen example of that. The "get up, get down" part in the t/t in particular (and the glitzy organ that follows) is kinda laughable tbh

i agree with the premise but dont find this to be nearly as campy as most prog (which i too dislike) (inb4 ur a huge floyd fanboy chuck and yeah but i hardly even consider that prog, they had a unique thing that was as much psych rock as anything)

Some of the vox are kind of annoying from memory. It's no Court of the Crimson King, that's for sure.

Surprised you haven't checked (or at least rated) Red then Demon. That'd be my fav Crimson and up there for my fav prog.

I should do but Crimson are never on Spotify. That isn't necessarily a deal breaker, it just makes the whole process less convenient & therefore takes me a while.
