that and well, they were as monstrous to other small businesses as Amazon is now. Thing is, Amazon is virtually inescapable at this point, and that's something Walmart failed to capitalize on.

I was definitely criticizing their employees. Yeah their client base sucks too but I don't have to interact with them. I do however have to wait for 30min for whichever one has the keys to wander back to their department.
"Hey could you help me grab something out of the case?"
Employee who is literally standing behind the register: "Nah this isn't my department, I don't have the keys."
"Well do you know who does?"
"Nah this isn't my department."
