yeah calling this directionless is not exactly the word I'd use. They compositions here clearly have what I'd call direction, same for the full album as a whole. But if Hawks don't like it, he don't like it. Is what is!

It's been so long since I've listened to this but I'm glad to see there's DISCOURSE surrounding it because it never fully clicked for me either. Listening to the first track again and it's kinda striking how the riffs are just noodling.
