It doesn’t get as lost in the weeds and holds on to more of their rock roots. Perfectly balanced blending of old and new. Also, Eulogy is their best song

Then another four or five of their ten best songs are also on this. It dominates.



If you really like things more the tech n’ prog side then I guess you’ll side with Lat. it sounds cleaner and more slickly produced - not a benefit in my book but I get for some that’s a huge boon.



For nastiness, guts and innovation there’s only this one. This set up their sound - even the best or most innovative moments of Lat can be traced back to Eulogy really.
