Guess Slayer and especially Anthrax fans are a minority here. Most seem to prefer 'Deth and 'Tallica.
I know 'Deth is KILL's fave, I'm guessing he has Slayer second, then Metallica third and Anthrax 4th.

All bands had major low points throughout the 90's, 'Deth and Metallica and Slayer dominated 1983-90, as for who's best I keep changing who I think. But it's Megadeth.
