Maybe a part of Dirge for November is a bit boring, but the rest is flawless.

Dirge is great. Especially the intro and outro. But the heavy part is a bit weaker in comparison to the rest of the album.
As for Ghost Reveries. I think it's a very good album. Not a single bad song on it.
