The saddest thing is I listened to these guys whole discography. I was hoping the next album would be better or show me the way, or at least do something to warrant the attention this band gets. But it didn't other than a few songs and moments. Very overrated band.

If you didn't like Still Life or BWP then Opeth is clearly not your kind of music Valerius. Those albums are the pinnacle (well, for me it's Damnation) of Opeth's career so far.

Seed, dude, every band with even one loud, hyperbolic fan ends up being called overrated. And the thing is that it's true. I haven't found one band that isn't overrated when what you hear is the obnoxious fan who probably spends his or her spare time blowing the band.

I kept the first 5 albums up to blackwater park in case I might want to listen one more time later, but I don't really feel the desire to listen to these guys again. Deliverance was my favorite because it was the heaviest I thought, but after a while I was like you know what fuck this, if I want heavy I have a hundred ace death metal albums. And everything after that was just wtf guys.
